Loving the Moon in Three PartsLoving the Moon in Three Parts   
I see the moon and the moon sees me  I love the moon and the moon loves me   
You are my moon  And I am your sea  Liquid to your influence  And when you are near  The tide is in,  My heart rises by your pull  And my blood like seawater swells  
And crashes like waves  Breaking over my island;  Breaking open my island  Untill the warmth and love  Washes over me  And all that’s dry is covered -  By the rising water   
But if you waned from my sight  My tide would fall,  And my waves beat shallow  W Loving the Moon in Three Parts

Today I killed a little mouseToday I killed a little mouse  He was wandering the house  My eye caught him in the corner of the room  He was searching for some food  And I crushed him under my shoe   
Tiny and frail was he  Perhaps next time it’ll be me  The breath pushed out of my lungs  To sing the swan’s song  And I’ll know no one's wrong   
So I guess we’re all just as fragile  As stand storm breaking sea gulls  Tenderness is just so often desecrated  It's sanctity crushed like vermin's skulls  But that's how it ends Today I killed a little mouse

As if it couldAlbiet nocturnal nested I would be the one to admit defeat  Only after rested, not as of yet, would I commit surrender  to what? for what? life, yes life i say I fight it with glee  perhaps not so joyful but with the vigor of life and pain  I hold onto what I have, what I want, if that is understandable  for the only thing i really have is the thought of what i don't  anaylized emotion reveals the sencerity of petty materialism  and ask yourself to, for me if for anyone at all, what is it  that is the most painful in life  and to  that is the most desired of things your life may hold  and As if it could

wow man...this stuff is incredible...im sure u hear that a lot, but if ya dont mind i'll say it once more!....very nice compositions, and i really love the cross safety pin...that rocks man....u have some awesome expressiveness as well...i'll agree with and re-itterate everything ~noscetor said....u have a very good style....keep this stuff comin man!....

awesome, thanks alot. i haven't really shared my poetry before so its good to hear someone say anything about it. I glad you like the icon i made... i call it the "ankh of angst" hehe, hopefully i'll get some real ones made one day.

You have some really interesting, unique work here. I like how you can talk about sad topics without getting angsty and world-hating. And it's also really cool how you have little first-person interludes in poems, like you're addressing an aside to the reader. All very cool. Keep it up!
